Privacy Policy

Creating an account stores your email, username, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself, not even to us), which teams you follow, and your language preference. That's it.

If you're subscribed, this site emails you weekly picks for the teams you follow (or league-wide, if you chose that instead). Every email has a one-click link to unsubscribe or switch language, no login required. Your email is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside of sending you this site's own emails.

This site logs page views (which page, referring site, and whether the visit was from mobile) to understand what people actually read. No third-party analytics script runs here, and no cookie is set for anyone just browsing. A visitor's IP address is never written to disk in readable form: it's immediately passed through a one-way salted hash, just enough to count roughly-unique visitors without storing anything that identifies a real person.

Two cookies exist on this site, both essential to its own function, neither used to track you across other sites: a signed session cookie (only set once you log in, to keep you logged in) and a language-preference cookie (remembers whether you're browsing in English or Spanish). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

Email fourthanddata@gmail.com to delete your account and every trace of it, or unsubscribe with one click from any weekly email to stop receiving them without deleting your account.
